Sheevani,

u had summed up the core of the dasda in ur 1st para itself and this is it.

the 2nd one is not valied reasoning

but has part truth

B V Raman in his Hindu predictive astrology on Dasas has said

that when Sani is 4th dasa and Guru is 6th dasa one becomes a pauper in its Dasa

irrespective of his yogas and will start on a clean slate in following dasa if

it is strong

Bjon Borg is a case in point sachin Tendulkar will be one too [i like too much

andwill see his game even if its a street game] yet this yoga affects him

u wud have seen many friends relatives like this, I have seen so can say RAMAN

had a point here

by sani in 4th dasa means one born in Kuja's star

and Guru as 6th dasa -one born in Sukra's star

bEST WISHES

A question arises, which perhaps the knowledgeable can resolve..

A mahadasha,, gives results of the areas that planet influences,, by

placement and ownership and aspects, and activates any yogas linked to

the planet during its period.

Should we also consider if the mahadasha is the 4th,5th,6th mahadasha

in the natives life.. and would you consider the 4th , 6th, 8th

mahadashas to give less benefic results,, even if the planet may be a

benefic??

Many thanks

Sheevani

Namaste Prashantji,

Thank you so much for the clarification.. I had read most of BV

Raman's books,(and the astrological magazine), hence the doubt was

raised.. I recall he mentioned something about the 4th and 6th MD

periods but wasnt sure..

Your imput is much appreciated including the examples..

Regards

Sheevani
