Dear Friends,

Today is Saturday,

Those of you who can, must surely read the

" Sundarkand " today. This is to remind you,

and myself too, that we must read the

Sundarkand to day, to gain Shri

Hanumanjis Grace.

Also while travelling to your offices or elsewhere,

you must try to recite 7 times Hanuman Chalisas,

and gain the strength of Shri Hanumanji flowing

over you,

Those of you who do not posses the " Ram Raksha

Stotra " must immediately buy one, from the nearest

Gita Press Book shop, as this will greatly help

in restoring the health imbalances, and the

recitations to be taken advantage of, during the

Navratri.

Best wishes for the recitations,

Bhaskar.

Thank you Shri Bhaskar Ji.

I live in Bangalore , any idea where in Bangalore can

I find " Ram Raksha Stotra " ? Also , they say that

women should not worship Hanuman , where as for some

reason I am very attracted to this Deity . I like

Vadvanal strotra more than Hanuman Chlisa , would this

effect me negatively ?

Thanks & regards

Dear Seemaji,

1) I have never been to Bangalore. But you

must get it from wherever you normally purchase

such books. Any good Book shop selling religious

books,or near temples,or Gita press book shops.

2) Can you explain me what is 'Vadvanal Stotra'?

3) Hanuman must not be worshipped by

women is a myth. A women can best do worship of

this God, as treating herself as a Mother of

Hanumanji and treating Hanumanji as a son, if

you behave in this manner and do pooja worship

accordingly, on the contrary, being a women

would help you, to acquire his Grace faster.

Bhaskar.

Shri Bhaskar Ji ,

Vadvanal Stotra is also called as 'VanManush Stotra' .

The phoenatics on how to say this is not available in

English, so I guess the 'Vadvanal' pronounciation

might be confusing some times . I am attaching a PDF

which has the Stotra itself .

And there is a CD by Pandit Rattan Mohan Sharma ,

where he has sang this stotra very beautifully.Do

throw some light

Best regards

Seema

Dear Seemaji,

Pl.give me some time. I cannot

comment on this stotra without

knowing the meaning of the same.

There are certain stotras and

recitations which must be avoided

unless necessary at times of great

calamity or danger, for instance

the " Bajrang Baan " is to be avoided

because there one incites

Hanumanji by some words like

these " aapko apne Prabhu Shri

Raam ki duhai hai "

(Not exactly meaning so but similiar,

I am at my office so cannot translate

as my books are not here). Thus these

are to be used only sparingly.because

we are not here to trouble the Gods

rather make them happy and earn their

blessings.

Now about the one you were enquiring

about, need some time to understand

the same, and in the meantime those

who are knowing about this, may

guide you well.

best wishes,

rgrds/Bhaskar.

Thanks Bhaaskarji for the advice. Unknowingly, I actually did recite

hanuman Chalisa 7 times while travelling, just because I felt like.

Any advice on reading " Durga saptashati " during the Navratras?

Dear Narsinghji,

Actually I also recited many times, just because

i felt that if I have done preaching, then I must

practise, and this is a very positive response

that a good message is read and also implemented,

as proof from your side.

Durga Saptashati is difficult to recite

by every one, but those who can afford to get

this done by Pundits, should certainly do it.

But Ramraksha Stotra is necessarily to be read

during the Navratri by all means, for our own

advantage and welfare, for which one does not

need a Pundit.

Thanks so much.

rgrds,

Bhaskar.

Dear Seema Ji

Sorry to interrupt ---

You may find Raam Rakshaa Stotra at

http://www.lightonVedic Astrology.com/dailyjyotish-120805.htm

This page in Sanskrit, in audio file and a translation form.

Alternatively you can hear it here also

http://www.raaga.com/channels/hindi/movie/HD000100.html

OR better if you type in Google " Rama Raksha Stotra " , it will give

you many sites. You may choose according to your need. I am sure you

will find a place from where you can print it also.

Hope you get it.
