Still its placement in Navamsa/Constellation of sun and mars would be helpful in providing more practical insight into intricacies of organisational administration and financial/resources management. Thus in the case of a horoscope with good longevity it is not going to act as Maraka (death giving) right now. Directionally strong mars and sun are good for commission based business rather than construction business as 4th and 10th lord have no direct relationship and two natural malefics in the 8th house (trine to 4th). As far as gemstone is concerned Sun's stone is better option as it is posited in its own constellation.
