Guest guest
and don't forget the 'other' version of the mantra too! One thing if I may add, FWIW, while mantras are often portrayed and prescribed as very specific and bound rigidly to specific " applications " the experiential feedback that I have received over many many years indicates that each mantra is connected with a Deity or Divine Energy and what creates the boundaries for any mantra is the mantrik's concept and connection with the Deity! I will leave it at that... Guest guest
Dear All, Maha mrityunjay mantra is good for Saturn's period, Sadhe Sati, health problems, to avoid death like sufferings etc. Most of the people chant maha mrityunjay mantra wrong way. The proper way of chanting this mantra is the following: 1. Take a breath (deeper than usual but not too deep) 2. Hold in for a second. 3. Chant the mantra and in this process the breath you have hold should come out. 4. Take the breath again and repeat the process. One breath per mantra, so you need to focus on how much to breathe. 5. If possible do it in the morning sitting in the aasaana, keeping your back as straight as possible and both hands on your knees. The place should be quiet where you chant the mantra. 6. Make some schedule of chanting particular number of mantra daily (say 1 mala) at particular time to get the best results.
