as per this, considering the birth details of early morning 0355

9°58'12 " N 93°17'45 " E Try with these co-ordianates at least D-1 chart should

come correct.

 

 

Reference taken from wikimapia.org.

 

You will have to check +/- 10 deg in latitude and +/- 5 deg in longitude.

However, there is a practice to take Latitudes/Longitudes of the nearst town

or city. On that account, you can take Port Blair, the headquarter of Andaman

Nicobar, the co-ordinates of which are: 11N37; 92E44.

 

In absence of exact birth location, you cannot get proper delineation of the

Horoscope.

If I may, for places near the equator, one can apply a correction to

the approximate place if the distance of birthplace is known from

that reference point. The math is simple, nominally each mile

represents 360*60*60/25000 arc-second per mile. Positive if

birthplace is east of the reference point, negative if west of the

reference point. Still not quite on the money but slightly closer to

home, as they say! This is only significant if one is scores of miles

away from the reference point, of course.

Andaman & Nicobar comprise of over 500 islands spread over 900 Kms North to

South. Taking any place, even Port Blair may not be correct; what if he was born

on one of the Nicobar islands? Closest would be to know the island on which your

friend was born and then find its lat - long.

 

Maps and satellite images available at Wikimapia and Google maps are often a

great help and give the precise location (lat - long), even with in a city and

remotest of places.
