Best time for Grihapravesh

 

Respected Gurus,

Please let me know the best time and date in the following days preferably in

January for grihaprevesh and the related pooja karmas related to vastu prior to

grihaprevesh. It would be conducted in the name of the owner of the building or

the owner of the land.

The yajaman details as follows: DOb 13/2/1972 ToB: 10 24 am (land owner) +

yajamani Dob: 30/4/1979 ToB: 9.50 am

 

I would appreciate your response on the subject matter with all relevant details
