I also get this error nos when I try to pass msgs in Spam folder which are not

spam

 

and takes a few attempts to get out of the spam folder

 

any clues are welcome

 

I had asked for such clues in Dec also

esp those who have been a moderator or still in it, is this a bug or normal

thing occasionally some mails go to spam folder from same person one comes into

INBOX and one to spam it can be alternate or the next mail of a person

 

today a mail from Pt arjun and Sri vattem krishna ji too went that way, I have

seen this happen only since Dec 08

 

any inconvenience by such delays r not in my control, so pl bear with me

I have not changed the membership status of any old member to moderated so if

this happens to anyone it is not deliberate but has a clue in this problem any

solution, feedback on this is appreciated

 

any clues , feedback pl let me know

no 55316-7 3 hrs later

 

55320 almost hrs later

This is not a new problem of 's. Previously I also faced

problems, when " not-spam " mails were being filtered & " thrown " into

the spam folder, while the spam messages were coming to inbox. At

times, it happens, when the sender is not added to your address book;

however, even if I added the sender to my outlook address book &

address book, still I had been facing issues.

This seems to be a programming error of , which is self-corrective.

Dear Prashant Ji,

Possibility could be of the servers.In my case all of a sudden I find messages

going to spam.Some times network becomes slow and down also leads to spam mail.

Dear Gaurav

 

 

I hope it does correct itself soon, as it has happened only since last 7-8 weeks

on and off, and is embaressing when senoir members mails r stuck in it, as this

is my 2nd such post in the same period I hppe the record is set and will see

how helps us now or memberss must bear with me as I have no control on

this area.

Prashant,

 

Basically, If sender or the account name or the mail subject are

similr to the spam constants (keyword database for SPAM) i.e

sounds/look alike spam keywords then they are filtered to the spam

folder by junk mail filter. It is just a computer algorithm that

matches the mail attributes with spam identifier from its database

hence it is possible that some good mail could be considered as SPAM.

 

In astrology, we should consider this as SPAM-DOSHA :-).
