Lagna rises in the Nakshatra of Venus, who is in 11th house. It shows me that the querist/friend is looking for some alimony(settlement) from her husband's after divorce(while divorce is not the main question), main question is actually remarriage, which is further proved due to position of Nakshatra of Moon, in 9th house from Lagna(i.e. Mars in Saggi), which is dependent on the judgement, it seems, as the dispositor is in 10th house, with four planets.
