Sateesh ji...

Why petty? Please explain.

And how can we justify P.S. or post-script in a message even before

hitting the REPLY or SEND button the first time?

Dear Nadia,

When you have been these ridiculous mails(specially my mail, which you

wantd to hint at), why did you stop??

Why not complain to Human rights & claim that a person has been

ridiculed for using the word " Witch " instead of " Which " ?

Tell me onething, have all astrologers/students of astrology has taken

a vow that they will put a label of " Spirituality " on their forehead,

give predictions like pandits, with some serious gloomy faces & wander

around like humbugs?

When you are so-concerned about your fellow friend, why not contact

him/her personally & get him/her an appointment for a " paid-astro

reading " from a reputed astrologer in your region.

I think that will be noble than reading " reading these ridiculous

emails making fun of a man who misspelled a word. "

Thank you,

.

P.S.-I fail to receive any kind of mails from the " victim " .

Gaurav.

Deer Nadia,

It is not a case of misspelling, this native is a Intentional

misspeller, habitual user of word " witch " and other words as he has

once also in past. This native seems to be very expert and fluent

writer in English if you read the entire posting.

RAJA

P.S: I hope i didnt misspell anything.

Dear Gaurav,

I would have singled you out if you were the only person making fun of the

" Witch " email, sadly you weren't.

And for the record if I complain about how somebody is being treated on this

form, does not mean they are my friend or that I know them. The world is not

that small.

Since you have gotten personal with me in your email below, I can frankly tell

you that no astrologers are not required to be saints, but they are also not

expected to engage in, to paraphrase another member in this form, pettiness, all

you have done is hurt your credibility. I for one will no longer read any emails

written by you on any subject on this form, by making fun of another the way you

have, you have turned yourself into a joke.

Dear Nadia,

Yes...this world is too small to have selected friends.Since you are

concerned about making fun,you also have a moral responsibility of

helping them, i.e. the victim of this fun.

Its your prerogative to term it as " pettiness " or " jealousy " . I dont

even look back who reads my mails or who doesn't. If one replies,

fine...i will post my comment if nothing...dump it frm my end..

Thank you,

Gaurav.

Dear RR,

If you don't see why it seems petty and childish to belittle someone's harmless

spelling mistake, I really cannot help you :-) .

The responses of those who attacked the person for a simple spelling mistake

makes me think of how they SHOULD have reacted -

- a time when I was on Jury Service in 2007 - a witness here in U.K. was

Portugese and said to the Defence Barrister " I apologise for my Englsih not

being very good "

The Defence Barrister being a true Gentleman replied " Don't worry - your English

is far better than my Portugese! " .

P.S. I do notice the way you come to different lists, and subtly try to play

Moderator (just see your response below!) - very amusing as it's very obvious to

me, and I suspect also to others :-) .

Dear Nadia ,

You really have a lot to loose if you dont read 's mails. Without

passion or prejudice  he has much to teach and the open minded learner much to

learn from him.

Dear Nadia,

When you have been these ridiculous mails(specially my mail, which you

wantd to hint at), why did you stop??

Why not complain to Human rights & claim that a person has been

ridiculed for using the word " Witch " instead of " Which " ?

Tell me onething, have all astrologers/ students of astrology has taken

a vow that they will put a label of " Spirituality " on their forehead,

give predictions like pandits, with some serious gloomy faces & wander

around like humbugs?

When you are so-concerned about your fellow friend, why not contact

him/her personally & get him/her an appointment for a " paid-astro

reading " from a reputed astrologer in your region.

I think that will be noble than reading " reading these ridiculous

emails making fun of a man who misspelled a word. "

Thank you,

.

P.S.-I fail to receive any kind of mails from the " victim " .

I am glad that you got an opportunity to rid yourself of the

endogenous 'pitta' that could have eaten you away from the inside ;-)

I am not sure how or why you would want to twistedly interpret what I

wrote into an attempt on my part to moderate! I thought Prashant

Kumar ji was doing a very fine job as we have witnessed several times

recently...

Looks like I have hit on some raw nerve-endings. This too shall

Dear Ms. Rohini,

As I said below - if you still don't get it, then I can't help you :-)

Anyway, as you are a Lady I will behave like a Gentleman, and let you off...this

time...

- in return, you could save yourself a lot of bother by not interjecting in

posts of mine where I have not addressed you (which is pretty much most of

them!)

P.S. In my experience, people who start mentioning raw nerves of others have

usually had their raw nerves pricked instead :-) !

Sateesh,

//

Anyway, as you are a Lady I will behave like a Gentleman, and let you off...this

time... //

RRji is a MALE not female.

there is some pattern of names that get caught in such confussion

esp in south India but he is from Bengal though

radha krishna in SOUTH

and RADHAKRISHNA in North

Lakshmi Narayana in south

Lakshminarayana in North

when there is a space in such names inbetween it is treated as wife of Krishna

or Narayana.

so the North Indian style is the rigth one with no spaces between a name. that

has 2 parts.

for that matter the A in the end is truncated too due to Islamic teaching,

subservience for ages.

[sharm for shrma-work.labor]

Dharm from dharma also r similarly truncarted all harsh ending words r not good

sanskrit but from the influences of our 1100 YRS OF servituted.

prashant

Dear All,

Just to add to your wonderful clarification, Kumar ji (Oh so many cob-

webs one must wipe and clean daily and they keep coming back again

and again!), many of the Punjabi and Sikh sisters have names that

tend to be the other way around. Ranjeet or Baljeet can be a woman

(the Kaur is the give-away when used) as also Sateesh Kaur (a most

beautiful woman -- and I am not making this up, folks!) and so on and

so forth. But what is in a name, right?

As to interjecting into someone's messages, as long as the messages

are posted on a PUBLIC BOARD, anyone and everyone can and will post

responses. If one is too sensitive, they should not be posting on

public boards and just carry on private conversations!

If you DARE to put it out there, you got to be able to take the

rebuttals! I have never shirked away from that position and

responsibility as all know, unless of course responders become

abusive or otherwise pathological, as some have from time to time! ;-)

Is that a fair statement about PUBLIC MESSAGES, folks?

Rohiniranjan
