Guest guest
Dear friend, All planet can sometimes be bad and at other times be good for a horoscope in various aspects of life. Unless a planet is debilited, combust and eclipsed by functional malefics or nodes it can be taken as a strog planet. Guest guest
Dear Nishant, What a beautiful name your parents gifted you with! The moment when night definitely ends can only be Dawn! If every moment of life were predictable and you knew about it in advance, would it not be like sitting through the same movie again and again? Wouldn't that be so boring? I think that would be so boring for the astrologer too, after the first fifty successful predictions :-) So, God has made sure or perhaps Goddess Durga has that jyotish will remain somewhat enigmatical for both the nativity and the jyotishi! Both learn in the process. As should be the case if our lifetime on earth was to be meaningful and a learning experience. Otherwise all this seems so pointless! Wouldn't you say? When at the pinnacle of success, there were no fear of possible failure, why would the successful care to make an effort? At the deep trough of despondancy and failure if there were no faint 'glimmer' of dawn (Usha?) why would the down-trodden even hope for betterment? Next time a planet looks at you angrily (or your jyotishi maharaj shakes his head gloomily and his penetrating gaze raises shivers of doom and gloom up and down your spine!), on the first hour of the weekday after sunrise (e.g., mangal dosh -- sunrise at 7:00 AM, the hora from 7 to 8 am on Tuesday), fall flat on ground (or bed if you are still in it) and really ask like a child to Mars or Mangal, " Which past action or decision of mine invoked such fury, My Lord? " . This, on your part, would not be a gesture of bhakti or even total surrender in mindless panic! You would be thinking at that time also " where is mangal in my chart, which houses it rules, which planets it influences through residence in its nakshatras (Landlord rules! Even in celestial reality!!) or observes at the very least. " That is where astrology would enter your experiential reality and you will begin to learn to fish! And it would truly begin to reach you and to heal you and then you will do the same to others. Astrology is a personal saadhana in the LONG run, it is not just a service! Only when we remove the 'responsibilities' of our experienced mishaps from the backs of the planets and assume those on our backs where the responsibilities truly belong, will all planets benefic, malefic, exalted or debilitated would really place their soothing hands on our backs and move us forward in our journey rather than push us down to the ground as most humans fear and have been made to fear ...!! I realize that you did not ask for a 'lecture' but I hope and pray that you are not the only one reading this ;-) RR , " Nishant Jayachandra " <jaynishant wrote: > > Dear Sir, > > According to my horo i wanted to know which planets are good and will > give good results to me(always).. and which ones will do me harm.. > so that I can do upayas (remedies) for them > > My details: > > 02-Nov 1978, 10 30 AM, Shimoga(13 56 N, 75 35 E) > > I would be grateful to those who answer my question. > > Advance thanks and best regards, > > Nishant. > ----- >
