Guest guest Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 Dear Guruji i m working as a software engineer for more than 5 years. i joined new company at 8 dec 08, the job was for onsite (europe), but unfortunately the onsite client denied for me after joining, so there is big uncertainty, might be i may lay off from this organization very soon, indications are not gud from HR and i dont have any offers in hand. I m mentally disturbed becoz of this career situation specially today's market conditions. Plz advise me shall i be layed off, or client will say OK to me, shall i go for searching new job, when will i get my job, any remedy or suggestion to pull me out from this situation.
