Respected haresh ji, I am not spider man, but like him from my child hood.

 

you may be right on your place, I have seen my all career graph, starting from

1990 to till now almost every 12 to 14 months i have to lost my job, due to

always unknown reasons, it is not that i have Ego, or i Do not know my job, most

of time till 2003 my boss had threat from me, becoz till that time i never got a

boss who can teach me, so when various time when they proved wrong, but sure

they are old and Sr. to me, they started knitting the games and i have to quit.

 

I am giving you very recent example - in 2004 i was G.M HR for 11000 Cr.

Turnover Group , i was looking 3 Plants which have almost 14000 workforce, i was

incharge of that, and my boss was very good person, He belongs to J & K , he was

President of that division, above him only CMD (chairman-Managing Director)means

i report to president and president reports to MD, he love me like a kid, but i

was new joined in nov 2003 only, My boss (president of the 3 Div) is far above

and aprox 18 years old in group. he was making nexus by recruiting his own

family members in plant (you will not belief he recruited 400 persons) directly

, without keeping HR in picture, i objected in his actions, i told him sir " Aisa

Nahi Chalega " , if a person is not worthy we will not recruit, it his trick he

kept his person on very Key position , and when he was not performing and CMD

think to sack him all 400 PPl resigns all together, so MD has to bow down, i

stuck on my judgement , i have fired 300 person in 2 months and gave the non

performers list to the board, He called me in his cabin and told , look deepak

in one jungle 2 lions cant live, this is my state, my native place, and more i

am going to retire in next 4 years (he was simply B.A) and if MD will sack me i

will not get job, becoz i don't have qualification, and i have age factor also,

so if you want to live, leave the company.

 

his statement was true i talk to the chairman - he told me he still have 100 key

persons, what i can do, better you quit and i will accommodate you in other

division. i concluded Boss and Super boss both are made for each other, so i

quit and sit at home (it was oct 2004) from oct 2004 i got this job in July 2005

( i was selected in May 2005 last days for this).

 

here company falls in Financial crisis badly, so company asked aprox 23 top

people to go, 22 get job, but i am hanging.

 

so i had seen not in every job this Shani 2.5 came because from 1990 i suffering

same, the change is that this time gap is big.

 

as you told remeady, i never did any puza of lord saturn by fear , i love him

because he love justice, as i love justice, and in my memory i never did any

karma which without sufficient cause harmed any one's job, rest of remedies i am

doing by i think more then 10 years or more, i born in Highly Respected Brahmin

Family, and we do worship our lord with love and affection not for asking the

materiel things or not by any fear, i simply love my Lord in all his forms. rest

on him.

 

i am wondering because i think and few astrologers told me i have good

combinations - but i am not getting results, if it is like this then when saturn

Dasha will start , i have to face Hell Only - because if Good planets are not

able to do any good for me in last 42 years - so what they will do when Malefic

Planets time will starts.

 

please guide me.

From July 2003 to Oct 2003 - No Job.......Jup/sat/sun & Jup/Sat/moon

 

from Nov 2003 to Oct 2004 - IN JOB

 

From Oct 2004 to May 2005 - No JOb...........Jup/ketu period

 

From July 2005 to 2nd April 2007 - In JOB

 

Now note in the above events.........Sani/ketu/Surya/chandra are ur bad periods.

In these main & sub periods & sub sub periods u were jobless. Eventhough surya

is exalted, it gives good results in its maha dasha & not in its antar dasha &

chandra is in ur 6th house, with lordship of 12th house, which is also not

favourable for u.

 

Hence sani's dahiyya has made u jobless. Ur sani's dahiyya will get over in sept

2009. After that period u can expect to look up to ur career, but the AD of

surya & chandra can also give u problems. Work on the remedies for sani given in
