Obviously I reckon when people have everything going for them, they wouldnt be going to astrologers. My issue is with these astrologers..Fine, everyone has to have a living.So when astrologers ask for money, I have no problems.The problem is when they demand exorbitant sums and in the end have a different version of my " future " from the other astrologer. For instance, though a minor thing one astrologer said I would be staying abroad and not return to my antive place and the other one said just the opposite. Same horoscope..two different interpretations. Why believe in astrology when some people are fradulent?Moreover I think there are umpteen number of watys to earn money than by cheating people who are in distress.At the end after hearing some of their " future " interpretations of my life, my mental trauma has only increased. Guest guest Posted April 5, 2009 Report Share Posted April 5, 2009 Dear Friend, Anyway you have your convictions and ways in which you can always express your views.One thing you cited was about your living in abroad and the contradictory opinions given by the Astrolgers in this regard. iam sure those predictions went wrong and made you unhappy.But you can on your assess how much fraud will be extent of Astrologers who eek their livelihood on professional income.They will be less than .5%.Those are the Astrologers whom we can contact through internet and other sources through media.There are 90% astrologers who studied subject and provide service.They do not work through Internet.They are very conventional and traditional peopl.Their availabilty is also not that easy.They do not want to live on the income earned through consultancy fee.For many it is a service and a hobby. No doctors unahble to diagnose a disease seldom honestly tells the patient ; 'Sir, I am not able to find the root cause of your problem and hence cure for it' ( In my personal experience I have met with only 3 such doctors in the 42 years of age) However you will find hundreds of honest and sincere astrologers telling you even at the beginning'; 'Sir your life events do not match your horoscope, so we can not give you readings' or 'Sir as per my knowledge your horoscope shows good things but I can not see why the bad things are happening with you' The same percent of honesty if maintained by doctors and lawers or other professionals then the world would be a different place to live in. The next thing is do not go by the pomp and show of the offices of anyh professional...be an astrologer, doctor or lawyer. The real professional having wisdom seldom gets time for....getting make up done and doing tit bit decorations and advertisements in TV and media. You said how two Astrologers opine in two different ways:The position of planets based on the data,the good and bad along with likelyhood of giving positive or negative results are informed to you.Some astrologer would also suggest some remedies to overcome hurdles/problems and others may not.it all depends on two persons at two different ends and the kind of apprecition of facts/data.so the variation between opinions/views can never diametrically different but difference in expression and understanding my persist.
