 I have been struggling in my studies and career. I started my CA in 1996 and

had learning problems and also financial problems. Could not pass my exams nor

could continue CA because of financial problems. During my CA training I could

not learn properly during my 3 yrs and could only learn around 25-30 % of what a

person will normally learn.

 

Was forced to take up a job after struggling to complete the 3 yrs of training

troubled with financial difficulties.  I joined a job and and in the 1 year

which I stayed in my first job I could not learn much as I did not have any

senior to guide me.

 

Then I went on to join another company as I needed more money to support my

family. I am in the same job for the past 8 years and though my salary has

fairly increased and have got a good designation, I have not been able to learn

even so much that a normal executive with 8 yrs of experience would have learnt

again because of not having a senior to guide me. I could not take the risk of

jumping to search for better jobs because I feared that if I dont perform in the

new company and lose my job what will happen to my family.

 

Now I am faced with the problem that I do not have sufficient learning to

support my designation and I cannot also go to another job which gives me lesser

salary as I have to take care of my family to whom I am the world as I stood by

them during the times of crisis after my father retired and  we did not

have sufficient finances and also have to marry. I am also frustrated in my

present job for the past 4- 5 years because I am not learning nor growing in

this job. I am only working hard but with no appreciation nor happiness.

 

I am the kind of person who wants to learn more and grow more and be recognised

for my efforts. Because of this scare that I may not do well and also because of

less salary I am worried of marrying also.

 

I request you to let me know on the following points :

 

1. Will my career grow much to my liking and have lots of learning and growth

and be recognised and will I be very well settled and confident in my job in

next 3-5 yrs

 

2. Will my problems in career and job continue like this way or will it

completely settle down very soon say in next 1 year or so and if I will start

doing very well in my job. Will I complete my CA. I just completed a PGDBA (

Finance ) through distance learning mode recently.

 

3. By when am I likely to get married and how will my wife's association in my

life be. Will it be positive or negative. 

 

4. I am wearing a moti and diamond in my right hand ring finger and Panna in my

right hand little finger and Lehsunia in my left hand ring finger.

 

5. Should I continue in accounting profession into which I am but see no growth

or happiness in it or should I change my profession and will I change my

profession in which I will grow and if I change, when will I change my

profession .

 

6. What should I do for my learning in my job. Please suggest remedies.

 

7. I have always been unlucky in life and always get into trouble and problems

because of others mistakes rather than my mistakes in my job and life also.

 

I am requesting your help and advise. I am totally frustrated about my job and

slowly it has started showing effect on my personal life though I dont want it

to affect my personal life.

 

I would be grateful to you for your advise and guidance.
