Well, apparently one might opine that marriage will take place very soon, but few strange placements in your chart also brings a big question--Will the marriage take place at all?? Moon the lord of 12th house is sitting in Lagna & afflicting the natal 7H through close aspects. So is Jupiter, who is 8L is aspecting the natal 7H through close aspects again. Lord of 7, Saturn is in 2nd house, retrograde & is sitting with another retrograde planet while the lord of his nakshatra is also Mars, who is retrograde.11th House also a malefic i.e. Rahu & also afflicts the natal 7H. So total three planets are afflicting 7H & 7L is weak due to ill-placement in Navamsha. Even the present transits, are not fruitful, inspite of Saturn occupying natal moon sign, while Jupiter is over natal 6H(though he aspects natal Saturn in transit). In all probabilities, remote possibilities of marriage seems to take place when Saturn enters Virgo after September this year, & Jupiter occupies the natal 7H, else we may have to deduce that marriage is not needed for you. Stay abroad also a bit difficult. But donot plan your life as per astro forecasts. These may go wrong. Your chart show a sound professional career and finance.
