A bone specialists will give u more success & earnings then dermatology or intrnal medicines. Ur chart also says u can go for dermatology, related to cosmetics, but it strongly favours for bones. Orthopadics is the best option for u. After all 'doctory' is not a job but a saadhanaa. Won't you agree? So, while astrology may be able to help a bit, but really you should be asking yourself, " Would I be happy doing this, the rest of my life? " I mean dermatology, after all, is not one of the prettiest areas of medicine and different people have different tolerance of 'esthetics', if you catch my drift. If you ask around, different astrologers would have different opinions about which astro-factor governs which speciality in medicine and if you do a blind test by providing ten charts of doctors from different specialities (already graduated and practicing), you will not find 100% concordance between the actual and the deduced. And if you throw in a couple of charts of dentists, vets or engineers and make it a baker's dozen of blind test, your eyes will open even wider! So take heart, find your nidus of interest and dedication and make the most of this opportunity that God and your hard work and studying has given you so far. And be kind to poor people by giving them free treatment and pass on the free samples that pharma reps give you, but which may be more needed by some of your poor patients.
