Namaste Thiagarajan,

You were born with the lagna in Kanya and the Moon was in the nakshatra of

Chitra.

The difficulties you are having now are due to three astrological factors: (1)

sade sati, (2) the mahadasha of a weak Saturn, and (3) the yogini dasha of a

troublesome Mars.

You just started sade sati and will last for seven and a half years.

The mahadash of Saturn is weak due to being the lord of the 64th navamsha.

The yogini dasha of Mars is troublesome because it is the atmakaraka. It means

that you are being tested by Nature to determine where your values lie.

On May 15, 2009, there's a likelihood of some stress on the job that could make

you want to quit the position.

On the positive side, there's a good chance of getting a better career position

on June 24, 2010. At this time, you will be running the subperiod of

Saturn/Venus.

You are better off working in areas relating to the arts, like music, paintings,

or the entertainment areas.

Recommendations

1. Wear an emerald stone, set on a gold ring, and worn on the right hand,

middle finger.

2. Prepare yourself for a new career in the areas mentioned above by getting

training or education in a new career.

Regards,

John R.

Dear Thiagarajan,

It seems that you may have tried for some jobs abroad, or may have been located

away from place of birth.

The last 2-3 years seems to have been pretty struggling, as things were not

coming easily--threat for job loss, at the same time, so good rapport with boss

at work etc--again some hurdles, disappointments, hardships etc--such situations

will remain there till, May, 2009.

However, I foresee some drastic changes in your life, specially, when you have

possibilities in change of place--but my concern is that you may run into some

financial losses within next 1 yr--however, job will continue to be good.

Thank you,

.

Dear Gosh ji

You had rightly said that last 2-3 years have been struggle. Now also there is

a fear of job loss. Will I quit the job or will there be any retrenchment. If

so when and in what field would I get the job. Will it be better and will

sustain longer period?

Expecting your kind guidance.

Regards

Thiagarajan

Dear John ji

My life has been struggle from the day I was born, but for few years (as kid).

From 1987, I am not able to stick on to any particular job continuously.  There

has been frequent change in job, job loss etc.,  At this age of 42 still I have

not settled.  Looking at the future, I am afraid whether I will be able to take

care of my family or else would they suffer along with me (for no fault of

them).  I am totally in a stress and unable to take a decision, whether to stay

on with the current job or quit.  I have been performing pooja (Neeranjanyam to

Lord Ayyappa, Sadakshara Pooja to Lord Subramania).  Things are going from Bad

to Worst.  Unable to concentrate, my mind is wavering.  One problem after the

other is cropping up, which I am unable to face.

Will this situation change or will this continue till my life time.

Your suggestion please.

Regards

Thiagarajan

Namaste Thiagarajan,

There are always solutions to all problems. It all depends on what are more

suitable for you given one's own personality traits.

The main characteristic of your chart is that Mars is in the lagna giving you an

aggressive personality. However, Saturn is in the seventh house in mutual

aspect with Mars. These two planets are enemies and don't like each other. As

such, you are experiencing stress due to the placement of these grahas.

The quickest and convenient solution to the problem is to leave your current

environment to search for new opportunities, and different people to work with.

This would mean that you may have to leave your home state, or even your home

country.

Your tenth house is fairly strong. So, you should be able to find a job

anywhere in the world.

The slower solution is to perform internal practices (tapas) which include the

pujas that you are performing, and charitable works. In my opinion, this type

of actions may not suitable for your personality. This the reason why you feel

that your mind is wavering and cannot concentrate.

Namasthe,

Others members in this forum has already pointed out the problems very

correctly.

The basic problem with this horoscope is that affliction on the 2nd house

(Kutumbha sthana / Dhana sthana / Vak sthana).

Moon is in the 2nd - will create ups & downs in ones financial position just

like its waxing & waning. More over it is with Ketu & Gulika.

6th House lord is in the 7th - which is also badha sthana for Kanya Lagna & its

lord jupiter in the labha sthana and its despositor which happens to moon in the

2nd. This strongly indicates, you or your family is enjoing what was promised to

a diety and was unkept - Mostly to female deity like durga bhagavathy,

Mahalakshmi. find out from your family and complete it.

Badha Lord being Jupiter in Karkata & in kendra of Gulika & Rahu - Sarpa Badha

is very strong. Rahu placed in the 8th is also aspected by Retrograde Mars. Mars

inturn is the 8th lord & Rahu Rashyadhipathy in the lagna. Killing of Sarpa

along with its lady serpant & baby serpants.

Conducting Sarpa Bali is the only solution (possibly at mekadu temple chalakudi)

Badha indications are very strong to be ignored.

You have / are doing poojas for Sani, Skanda, Narayaneeyam. It is very good. But

what about the diety in your family / your family used to worship?.

Read Devi Mahatmyam atleat once a month.

May god bless you & provide with strength

Dear Suresh Ji

I am very much thankful for your analysis.  As said by you, after the demise of

my father, we have not been going to our family diety.  One of the astrologer

whom I met here said that if you are not able to go the temple, you can light a

lamp in front of the family diety every day.  I have been doing the same

regularly.  Regarding the promise made to a female diety, I am unable to get the

details.  Could you suggest remedies for the same.  For Sarpa dosha, I shall try

and go the temple you have mentioned and do the pooja.

I am planning to quit my present job by the mid of May 2009.  Please let me know

whether I would get job by the end of June 2009, or it will take more time.  I

am currently in without financial back up, if getting a job gets delayed.

Regards

Thiagarajan

Dear John Ji

I am thankful for your kind reply.  I am planning to quit my present job by the

mid of May 2009.  I would like to know whether I would be able to secure a job

by end June 2009, as I do not have any financial back up to take care of my

family, if there is any delay in getting the job.  Also I have been trying for

job thru' known sources and consultants, but nothing fruitful has happened.

Namaste Thiagarajan,

If you don't have a backup plan, you should not quit your job. You should (1)

look around for another job before quitting your present one, or (2) get

additional training to get a better position in areas of your interest.

However, in looking at your navamsha chart, it appears that you have other

sources of income to support your family. If this is the case, then quitting

your job would not be a drastic measure.

As indicated in my earlier email, the next period starting on June 24, 2010 will

give you better chances in finding a new job. In the meantime, you should stay

put, and keep a low profile until your time comes.

Regards,

It is wonderful when pragmatism embraces divination and astrologers come home to

planet earth! Sometimes at the behest of the reading seekers!

Namaste RR,

It's part of jyotish to be logical, as in having the power of Mercury or Buddha

in Sanskrit.

Dear John,

Greetings!

All I was saying was, " we live on planet earth! " .

Jyotish is not alone in being blessed to operate under the power of logic which

you attribute to mercury and Budh(a) graha! How about the other majority of

planets? Are they illogical?? Is Science less logical than Jyotish???

Dear Learned Guru's

I have been receiving good guidance from the Guru's.  Now that it was clearly

stated that I should not quit the job without any back up, I have been trying

for a change.  I have received a call letter from one of the Company which deals

with Liquor.

Will this job materialize or what kind of Companies do I need to look for.

Expecting your suggestions.

Regards

Thiagarajan

Re: Troubles in my current Job

Namaste Thiagarajan,

If you don't have a backup plan, you should not quit your job. You should (1)

look around for another job before quitting your present one, or (2) get

additional training to get a better position in areas of your interest.

However, in looking at your navamsha chart, it appears that you have other

sources of income to support your family. If this is the case, then quitting

your job would not be a drastic measure.

As indicated in my earlier email, the next period starting on June 24, 2010 will

give you better chances in finding a new job. In the meantime, you should stay

put, and keep a low profile until your time comes.

Regards,

John R.

an aggressive personality. However, Saturn is in the seventh house in mutual

aspect with Mars. These two planets are enemies and don't like each other. As

such, you are experiencing stress due to the placement of these grahas.

environment to search for new opportunities, and different people to work with.

This would mean that you may have to leave your home state, or even your home

country.

pujas that you are performing, and charitable works. In my opinion, this type of

actions may not suitable for your personality. This the reason why you feel that

your mind is wavering and cannot concentrate.

kid).  From 1987, I am not able to stick on to any particular job continuously.

There has been frequent change in job, job loss etc.,  At this age of 42 still

I have not settled.  Looking at the future, I am afraid whether I will be able

to take care of my family or else would they suffer along with me (for no fault

of them).  I am totally in a stress and unable to take a decision, whether to

stay on with the current job or quit.  I have been performing pooja

(Neeranjanyam  to Lord Ayyappa, Sadakshara Pooja to Lord Subramania).  Things

are going from Bad to Worst.  Unable to concentrate, my mind is wavering.  One

problem after the other is cropping up, which I am unable to face.
