In the specific chart Sun is Yoga karaka placed in the house of bhoga and dispositor going to moksha (satisfactions) house. So recitation of the abvoe mantra would give conjoined result of bhoga and moksha - by strengthening the sun in 11th house of bhoga/kama. For pure Vairagya- and destruction of ego as well as desire, simple recitation of Shadakshara Ram Tarak mantra by taking formal initiation from a Guru is more than sufficient. In generam Om Namo Shivaya - is a highly benefic mantra for overll health, wealth and longevity.
