They have tried all sorts of remedies ut none of them worked so far . They need to do shanti yagya for sani/surya/rahu/ketu/mangal. The husband should wear a good quality pukhraj & diamond. Once issue problem is solved, diamond should be removed & the wife should wear neelam but only for concieving purpose. When the purpose is over, neelam should be discontinued. Shanti yagya is a must & one yagya is not sufficient, it should be done at periodical interval till the wife does not concieves. Havan needs to be done for all the grahs recommended. Nav grah shanti automatically takes place when the havan is performed. He will give phone healing and ask to follow certain things. If they follow it, thy can get child. as per their wish they can get either boy or girl.
