Jyothish remedy based on the KP astrology principles?

Dear Gurujans,

I am an amateur of astrology just want to draw few conclusions

about jyotish remedies based on the kp astrology principles and would like the

experts throw light on it on the basic level for the following two questions.

 

1. Should the running dasha lord and anthar dasha lord given the first

preference in giving the jyothish remedy.

 

2. Is the jyothish remedy like gemstone, is it enhance the nakshatra lord or the

sub-lord?
