Guest guest
Dear Learned members, I am a avid reader of this group. I had run into some problem last year in job and that was when I found useful information here. For the last 2-3 weeks, if one looks at the direction in which the posts are going, one would observe a) the number of requests for help is going down b) the number of responses have also gone down c) there are several threads by honorable member Vinay Jha and d) there are many many responses and counter responses to © By the very nature of this group, this group is supposed to have a small yet stable, or slightly getting larger, group of practicing astrologers. Most of the members(95% or more) however will come in the group with problems and then become inactive again. This imbalance in member types is necessary for the growth of the group. New people come in because of word of mouth. Problem: But if 30-50% of the time and space is taken up by just one member for quite a few weeks....genuine requests for help get lost in the messages. From what I have seen from various posts of Mr Vinay Jha is this, Whether the software he has built is good or not? what method is better etc. Solution (my suggestion only): Would it not be better to do another QUIZ? Take three people (Ordinary people only) who are fairly confident about their birth times. Get the birth details and the important events of their life in a sealed envelop. Declare the areas where result is required clearly e.g. how many kids or siblings etc. Publish the kundalees here in the group and let the experts use their best knowledge/software/experience. When the honorable moderator, Prashant Ji, publishes the results...we can put to rest, at least for some time, where the shortcomings are in judging results. No accusations just plain results. Sorry for the long post. I hope I do not offend anyone and specially Mr Jha. After all, who best to test his software than himself. If it does turn out that his software produces the best results I will definitely use it. Best regards Raj
