my job and health problem- A good horoscope analysis please- Selling a land

I am really happy to receive your down mentioned reply.

 

I have some more doubts to clear and I humbly request you to do the favour by

suggesting me the proper guidence.

 

Please note that I am only interested in a job and I am not particular initially

about the big salary.

But my question is that which is good?

 

To work in chennai or out of chennai. Will there be a chance to do own

business/service?

 

Secondly due to my financial problems I want to dispose the only one vacant

land. This is my last resource.

 

This land was given to my wife at the time of my marriage on 04-12-85 by my

father in law.

 

This is a small piece of vacant land in north kerala.

Past two years I am trying to dispose this land but in vain.

The documents and title are very clear. There is a good demand for the vacant

land in this area. But still I could not sell.

 

From chennai to kerala I have been visiting regularly and till date I have

visited more than 15 times, only for the purpose of selling the land. But no

improvement and no development.

 

My wife has given Power of attorney of this land to me. This is because her

brother's land is next to our land and he is trying to create trouble to us for

selling the land.

 

I do not know why I get this problems/vignams for disposing this land. All the

original papers of the land are in my possesion and in very perfect condition.

My wife's details are as follows.

around 8 PM

Kanhangad-Kasargod - north Kerala

 

My details were already given to you.

 

I just want your help to analyse and advise me, about any economical remedial

measures and when I can dispose my land?

Dear friend,

 

In the prasna chart karaka for land and 4th lord mars in the state of infancy

means your are delegating your jobs for sell of land to others who are directly

in the clutches of your brother in law.

 

Please take help of some other good party or medium such as property dealers

etc. who are not within the range of easy access of your brother in law.

 

By the way you may regulary make prayers to Lord Hanuman Jee ( ruling god for

mars- for removal of the obstacles).
