I knew when the lord of 4th house is in 12th house one has Chandaal dosh then

there is yog of Property being snached either by the relatives or by the

Tenants. Can we avoid this to happen by naming the Property of such Jatak by His

children or wife. Is there any remedy to avoid all this happen. Because the same

Yog is in my husband's Horoscope. I request to all of the learned fellow of this

group to Flash the light on such type of Yogas. My husband earned a lot , but

all was grasp by his sister & his one of the Mamas & he cannot spend even a

penny without his mother's permission on his wife & Kids. Please do reply anyone

having knowledge on this subject.

I am not sure what you mean by Chandal dosh. 4th house indictaes property,

mother, friends etc. hence if the 4th lord is vyaya sthana, the native may not

enjoy the benefits indicated. Chandal Yoga is indicated by Jupiter + Rahu

together and other yogas that indicate either low culture, cunningness etc and a

deviation from family traditions in some other.

But other aspects which you had mentioned need not fall under this categoty.
