D O B: October 11 1977 at 8 : 40 PM Place: 78.32 E , 16.48 N He was asked to resign his job on last friday. He is totally depressed. Rahu --> Venus --> Mercury pratyantara dasa started just 10 days back. His Venus & Mercury are both well placed. Mercury is exalted. Still he lost his job. Why sade sati is causing him so much mental tensions, though saturn is yoga karaka for Taurus ascendant ? When can he get a new job ? Please suggest some remedies to reduce the bad affects. Rahu maha dasha is currently on, even though technically their is no Kaala saarpa yog, but only surya is outside the axis by just three degrees effects of kaala saarpa yog can be felt. It is like their is some problem in the neighbourhood, fears also run in people staying near the vicinity, they could also be targetted. This could be the reason for loss of job. Change of job is also their in the chart, new job is a possibility in june/july period. Guest guest Posted May 25, 2009 Report Share Posted May 25, 2009 Namasthe, There are many reasons. As you said he is running Rahu-Venus-Mercury. Venus is the lagna Lord and is placed in the satru sign of Leo. But as far as dasa is concerned Venus is moving towards its neecha sign - Avarohi planets. So also saturn is also in its satru sign of leo. Hence both these planets are weak. Though saturn is yoga karaka for Taurus lagna being in satru rasi, he looses his power to do much good. Further does not have paksha bala and hence very weak. If Moon does not Pakasha bala, all the raja yogas becomes useless. As said by Haresh, Rahu dasa is not good generaly. Add to this the Antara lord Venus being in the 12th of Maha dasa lord clearly indicates " Sthanachyuti " - lose of one's position. Mercury also is rendered powerless by its combustion, association with weak moon. Add to this it is also in the same sign of Mahadasa lord (Rahu) which again indicate " udyogabhangam " - lose of job. Aspect of Mars on these planets also is another reason. In summing up the effect of Dasa aspect is also very important. As if to add fuel to the fire, saturn is also transiting in the 12th and Jupiter moved to the 6th. Jupiter is the 8th & 11nth lord and hence a functional malefic for Taurus lagna and from chandra lagna he also has kendradhipathya dosha. Hence his transit into Aquarius (6th) cannot considered entirely good. Unfortunately this whole period of rest of Rahu dasa does not seem to be good for him. Occassional relief might be there when jupiter starts its retro motion in June and moves back. There could be changes since jupiter is moving back and fourth to Makara, aquarius(jan-2010) and Pisces (may-2010) in the next few months. Jupiters transit from aquarius to pisces (to the 7th) is very fast, he can expect some thing good during this time. Saturn would have left his satru rasi and will in a friends sign of Mercury. though he in the sign of moon, being a benefic sign, I feel he will not do much harm there other than some physical problems. Considering all the aspects, I would advice to pray to Lord shiva - parvathy / Uma Maheshwari pooja can also be done. When Saturn moves to Kanya in september start prayers to Lord Anjaneya also. This should help him to get over this period & health issues also. I hope this helps you.
