msg nos 60631-60644 aproved at Mid nite of 26/27

Dear Members

for those who posted the messages 60631 to 60644 i am sorry was held up with

work from 9. 30 am to just past mid night now and approved them unmoderated ones

will come in anyway. only the moderated ones are in question here.

tomorrow is also another such tight day that is 27s so pl bear with me but will

try to squeze some time in lunch time

i di misplace my magnifing glasses that i use to my glasses as a fixed glasses

[spec with a feee moving hand held visual aid] does allow me to see the

different lenght of the words better

I also did in lunch time allow one message from a person pushuing

www.swayavaralaya.com who is asking members to post there which is agains group

ethihcs he has the option of using the groups YELLOW PAGES am sending him a

warning note also

in todays case i did relase one mail only at lunch time by this error and did

not want to add to it so took time till i finised my work today and found y aid

My Dear Prashant Kumar JI,

I am not sure what those messages were about unless these were from that guy who

wants all to send a DD or cash in envelope if possible (I would have smelt a

postal conspiracy there, if I was " Nash " from the movie " A Beautiful Mind " !) but

here are my two cents.

I realize that a few of the individuals seemingly know how to but need

public instructions re how to (Puhleez, Give us a break! }-->

but most others are fairly mature big boys and girls here and know how to gloss

over irrelevant messages and to be able to block those out and pay attention to

what is important and not get fragmented and jump like a scared kitten at every

movement in the bush or every tiny sound!

My biggest learning from being on internet fora has been to learn how to

identify and selectively concentrate on what is meaningful and important! And

not to take things personally even when they come across as confrontational and

provocative or otherwise with an ulterior motive.

If you recall, in the past, I used to repeatedly respond to those who were

irritated by my postings, that they always had the option to skip my messages

and whereever they saw the RR or my name! Some of my postings must have sounded

(still do I am sure!) irrelevant to a few who were more focused and perhaps here

to learn and way more disciplined than me with a true purpose in life insofaras

their Internet sojourn was concerned. I could always relate to that and hence

the real question to them always was but with no satisfactory answer ever

received: If you so dislike my words and what I say -- unless I am personally

inviting you by your name or directly, why should you be affected and get

ebullient?

So if a few messages, inappropriate or inflammatory pass through, please do not

take this so seriously and feel bad. Just delete them and move on! Most of us

will understand I am sure!

Dear RRji,

a good post the last line sums it well.

basicaly i have been ignorring the messages from Bhaskar from ages but he

belives i read all his rubbish. when max is i do get some gist from other

members but not by my readings

if one has to remain at peace the best remedy is to ignore eany thing from him

GOOD or bad, good esp after i realise what happened with Neelams status i was

told by him that he will give me also a similar stats and wanted me to BENIFIT

from paid readings as he did feel i am not geting my due for the work i put in.

WELL MEANING ADVICE

but my aim in groups was never materialistic as is my life it can move on

without any of these.

but Neelam jis msg saying she wasn't moderator then but now is both I do take it

with same seriousness as it is from her directly.

I KNOW I NEED NOT GET A certificate from bhaskar on my work but the membership

here alone

my sight is low but it doesn't affect the group's interest 1 bit as max i loose

time in moderating

som messages r TROJANS from ppl wanting to sell their wares

some ppl who have their groups interests above Jyotish

if such things r not there it is a far easier job

the last few weeks with some heated and motivated messages coming in from vested

interested groups reading every word carefully is imp else a superficial reading

is enough

and d o approve messages

i will try to make up todays tight schedules and still pass messages in short

intervals greater than 2 hrs but less than 4 hrs

my normal approval times has been every 2 hrs

my sight problems r more to do with reading than seeing-reading trojas as i

repeat

so will not affect the group and its interests as has ben the case since the

past 13 months

with avg posts nearing a 1,000 essagess a month- requests, topical questions and

some slights as well...
