Dear Friends,

Please check the following examples are answer if you can.

1. A person is a job less. His natal chart says, he should be in

government job, so, why isn't he there? If his Planets and Stars are not

supportive in MNC job, why is he searching for the same? If his

Planets/Stars are favourable, how come he has not applied for government

job?

2. Natal Chart says, Person has good education, why is he not looking

forward to going to Harvard or IIM, why is he settling for lower levels of

education?

3. Natal Chart says, Person would have beautiful wife, a famous

personality, but it would end in divorce. Should he Marry or rather Will he

Marry if known the given outcome?

4. Natal Chart says, Person would go to foreign lands, he would be very

rich there and it would be his only source of income, but in the process, he

would loose all his family, friends, and relatives, in homeland. Should he

go to foreign lands, or rather would he go, if known the outcome?

5. Natal chart says, person will loose wealth in Speculation and wrong

investments, but we see he is still there everyday? Why would he be there if

it is bad for him? Why can't he resist or Can he resist?

These are just few examples, but the question remains the same.who is in

control here, Natal Chart - Planets - or Human Decision. Who chooses, who

decides - Stars or Man, and how is this decision made?

Can there be a discussion on this? (Again.Is this question need to be

answered.Astrologically or will it go untouched or will some strong mind

take charge and look into it????)

Dear Rajeev Ji,

You ask some interesting questions But you are asking the wrong audience. It is

like this. We are all in a giant traffic jam in New York city. There are some

cars moving at 10 mph, some at 5 mph and some are at complete stanstill. The

guys (and gals) in the cars at stand still are texting those moving at 5 mph to

give directions. Those travelling at 5 mph are calling those moving at 10 mph to

figure out what is going one. Ultimately nobody is asking the only person who

knows what is going on, " the person on the helicopter looking at the traffic " .

What they dont realize is that the " traffic cop " is continuously broadcasting

the " REAL " traffic conditions. All you need to do is to " tune in to the

broadcast at the correct station " .

There are no short cuts to this. You need to find a self realized Guru of your

choice and follow his/her guidance to " fine tune " your intuition and " tune in "

to the correct station. That is the ONLY way you are going to get answers to

your questions.

One a more mundane level consider the issues we have today in Jyotish:

1. We cannot agree on what ayanmsha to use.

2. We cannot agree on what Zodiac to use (sidereal vs tropical)

3. We cannnot agree on what Debilitated planets mean (or represent or their

effects).

4. We have more opinions on Retrograde Planets than we can reasonably count.

5. More and more self styled " Jyotish Gurus " are coming up with their own system

every day.

6. Our Classics are filled with obvious exaggerations and conflicting

commentaries.

Above is only a sample of the issues we have.

So if the Blind Lead The Blind, will we not all fall in to the ditch?

On top of all this, remember the birth chart is ONLY the snap shot of your

Prarabdha. Much mystery lies untouched in the Sanchitha Karma of the human

being. There are no astrological techniques to access that treasure.

So ..... Please take a deep breath. Relax. Accept Jyotish for the wonderful tool

that it is, but it is not perfect. Even if the science WAS perfect, the

practitioners aren't. This GREAT tool may have been conceived at the heights of

intuition at the lofty heights of the Himalayas by self realized Yogis, BUT, it

is practised in the streets of Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Bangalore, New

York etc by mere human beings. So let us keep our expectations reasonable and

accept our limitations (intellectual and spiritual) with humility and enjoy the

journey.

Dear Friends,

I was tying to clean up all my and did not realize I was signed up to JR. As I just turned on to it out of curiosity, this email question came up. More interestingly there was a response to it that I will forward after this email that caught my attention.
