Hence, this can be considered ONLY if there is no other choise or if the alliance seems to be good in other respects like family etc. Nakashtra/Rasi Koota is only 5 out of 10. Papa samyam is ok. there is no dasa sandhi. Inter-relationship is only one sided. The rasi of the boy is 3rd from the girls and nakshatra is 5th. I agree that her age 25 is a bit troublesome, yet see if you can get another alliance before finalising this.
