Generaly this period is not very good with many difficulties, not able honor commitments, physical issues etc. Mars is in the 3rd house.Hence, brothers / sisters may also come to focus during this period. You have Venus + Jupiter in the 5th house which is very good and Sun - chandra lagna lord in the 4th. Sun in 4th is not good but as chandra lagna lord he could be assumed a subha griha. However your 9th (bhagya sthana , pitru sthana) house is afflicted heavily by Saturn - 9th lord in debilation and retrograde in the 11th and aspecting your lagna thus transfering its effects to you. He is also aspecting the 5th where Venus & Jupiter are occupying. 9th house is also having Rahu. Saturn is also the 8th (arishta) lord. Hence Saturn carries with the miseries that your father / ancestors have also gone through and is transfering to you. Saturn happens to positioned in the 9th from chandra lagna and Mars the 9th lord is placed in the chandra lagna. Mars is yoga karaka for chandra lagna and lagna lord is also occupying this sign. I suspect some how you have a strong influence of sanyasi in your life. Saturn's aspect on the lagna stalls your progress. It also makes you uncommitted to your work, lazy, careless etc. As you go heigher up in carrer these will surely pose a big problem.
