how to know the correct time of birth

respected members,

i would like to know how can the time of birth be known when the exact time of

birth has not been recorded.

this is with regard to my time of birth as i was born after the mid night of

27-09-1970. my birth was a critical delivery.27-09-1970 was a sunday and i was

delivered through emergency caeserian operation therefore exact time of delivery

was not noted.it is somewhere around 1.00 am(after midnight). if it is taken as

1.00 a.m the rasi would be mithuna and if the time is taken as 1.10 am then it

becomes karkataka.hence all the predictions based on the houses and the

deposited planets would be different. therefore i request the learned people

like you to clarify how to correctly know the correct time of birth.
