It is confusing. As per Kunda kriya, The exact time should be 11.08 (it could be 11.07 and a few seconds) with navamsa of lagna being in Aquarius (purusha rasi). He has Sun+Mars in Simha rasi. This is Ati Agni yoga (excess heat). It seems the problem is with digestive system - may be excessive due to heat. (pitha). He also has moon in the 6th with 6th lord from moon along with it. This can give Kapha dosha (phelgm). Vitemin C might help. However consult a doctor. I do not understand you statement >>finds it difficult to concentrate on studies. > will he be able to study well?
