What is that you want to communicate? All in that 'article' I had written is

'rubbish'?

Well! what I understood studying this for last 47 years is waste, and one Mr.

Sankaranarayanan, come in to tell us some new facts.

Please write/correct and complete my article. Your service is welcome. This is

how, people like us feel to keep away from sending these 'articles' in a 'forum'

as 'greats' are already there with abundant knowledge!!, with 'long' nose too.

My humble views on this subject are as under. Though I am not well versed in

Astrology, as a student of Hinduism and a Tamilian, will give my views as under.

( I say tamilian because a. Sanskrit words have a different meaning in Tamil b.

Tamils give lot of imporatnce to Gochara)

 

1. Sani Having Easwar title: The word Sanaichara ( slow walker) some how got

corrupted in

Tamil and became Saneeswara. Then stories spurned around Saturn getting the

Eswar title. But all Siva Temples of Tamilandu, he is an humble servant of Shiva

and a parivara devata.

 

2. I have seen period the Ashtama Sani is more dangerous than Sade sathi for

many. ( Simillarly the Gurus 10th Position affects job status. Especially for

Mesha Rasi, when guru in 10th house ie Mahara, where jupiter becomes weak, even

if he is exalated in good houses in the horescope will not help)

 

3. The sade sati is divided into 3 and in sanskrit called as janma, kanda (

middle) and Pada ( end) This Kanda is confused with Tamil Kanadam ( death

possibility) and feared.

 

4. If Saturn is Lagnadipathi, the sade sathi effect is minimum ( can be good

also) and ashtama sthan may not be that worse. If he is Rasiadibathi ( chandra

lagna lord) again the periods are not that bad.

 

5. Sani in 7th house from Chandra Rasi can also be considered a good period.

 

6. The 5th is also bad but some how the sade sathi, ashtama and ardashtama have

over taken in the popular belief.

 

7. Visiting Thirunallaru brings down the effect . ( i have written earlier also.

many people misunderstand the Navgraha temples of Tamilnadu. They are Shiva

temples and the presiding Shiva ONLY cures. The curse on each planet was cured

in each temple by shiva. In Thirunallaru, when Nala entered the temple, saturn

could not follow him inside and have to leave him. that is why Thiru Nala Aru.

Aru means cooling, curing, Thiru is Sri in tamil. Hence , Vinayaga,Shiva and

Parvathi to be worshipped first and then the saturn. Also one have to take bath

in nala theertham before entering the temple. Please go with empty stomach in

the morning and not as a picnic. Saturdays are best but the line takes 5 to 6

hours. If not possible other days are also ok, Bath with gingille oil in the

tank and offer ghee for Siva and Parvathy's lamps. Gingelee oil was Sani's lamp)

Saturn’s various special transit effects through Zodiac Houses

 

 

Saturn is the only planet which has the title of ‘Eswara’.

 

The cyclic effect of Sani Paryaya Phala.

 

Any native with full span of life will experience 3 times, the 7 ½ years, at

one length of a time, said to be familier with ‘Sade Sati’. The dicum

conveys ‘the sense that Sani Bhagavan gives bad results, with an intermittent

of 2 ½ years in full cycle of its travel around Zodiac, of approximately 30

years (inclusive of the periods of his ‘retrogression’), being one full

round.

 

This means that in a round of Zodiac of Saturn movement, Saturn moves 2.1/2

years in each house of Zodiac. It is said, that Saturn gives GOOD results only

when it transits through 3,6, and 11th house from the position of Moon in the

Natalchart. When he moves in the rest of the houses, Saturn is said to give BAD

effects, graded as moderate, not good, bad and evil. On this rate, when we

assume that a man lives for 90 years, he would have experienced 3 rounds of

‘Sade Sati’. In these three rounds, taking 2.1/2 years in the above three

houses (house, 3,6 & 11 from Moon position) he is benefited for a period of

7.1/2 years in each cycle of transit to complete the cycle of movement in

Zodiac. That is, it is said to be good for 22.1/2 years in all, in a life of 90

years of a person. Conversely a person is said to be in ‘not that good’

period for the rest of periods!

 

I will now explain how intensity of malefic results are distributed during each

round: Basics are as follows:

1. Saturn gives good results while traversing in the 3, 6, or 11th house from

the natal position of the Moon;

2. Moderate bad results while at 5, 9, or 10th house;

3. “Ardhashatama Sani’, while in 4th House; Considerably bad;

4. “Kanta Saniâ€, while in 7th House; Sani is more malefic than in 4th house

, above said;

5. “Ashtama Saniâ€, while in 8th House to be more severe in causing effects;

6. “Sade Satiâ€: While in 12th House from Moon position, 1st house where

moon is positioned in birth chart, and in 2nd house to the Moon occupied House.

Out of the above Janma Sani (1st House where Moon is positioned )is the worst

effective period.

When Saturn transits in other houses, the effects will be comparatively

tolerable and subject to remedies and other factors in a horoscope, related to

the positions of Planets, Drusti, Transit of other Planets on a given day, the

transiting house related to Lagna, Desha, Bukti etc.(In Northern India, Ashtama

Sani and Ardhashtama Sani is referred as ‘Kalyani’ and ‘Lagu Kalyani’

respectively) .

 

Let us get into ‘package’ effects in ‘Sade Sati’ – 7.1/2 years of

Saturn transit:

A ‘Madyamayur Jathaka’ person will have ‘Sade Sati’ two times maximum.

A ‘Alpayush Jathaka’ person will have ‘Sade Sati’ only once.

A ‘Purna Ayush Jathaka’ will have 3 or 4 times of ‘Sade Sati’ in all his

life.

The first perio (7.1/2 years) is ‘Mungu Sani’ – dull Sani; the second

period is ‘Pongu Sani’ – overflowing Sani!; The third full period of Sani

is ‘Maraka Sani’ - death inflicting Sani.( For some the fourth round Sani

could have this term)If so the third Sani period will be termed as ‘Kungu

Sani’ – the depressing or disappointing period of Sani’s ‘Sade Sati’.

 

Apart from the the above another term is prevalent as ‘Anga Sani’ : Here

the 7.1/2 years of ‘Sade Sati’ the travel of Saturn is distributed to

various parts of body. During this 90 month period, Saturn is said to pass

through various parts of body in continuance At the rate of specific few months

through each part of body to cause disturbance, anxiety, serious sickness,

aggravated health deterioration etc, related to that part of body. Surgery

where Mars involved is not excluded.
