Details of my sister :

Punam:

DoB: 3rd Nov 1980, ToB: 23:30, PoB: Ulhasnagar, appx 60 km frm mumbai,

Maharahstra.

 

 

Her Husband details:

Jaikishin

 

DoB: 20 sept 1980, ToB: 10:40, PoB: Ulhasnagar, appx 60 km frm mumbai,

Maharahstra.

 

 

 

My sister Poonam got married on (Tuesday) 23rd January, 2007 with Jaikishin at

Ulhasnagar.

 

{it is second marriage of boy. (he had already divorced one girl in 2004 within

the six months of marriage, that girl was also treated like my sister}

 

Harrasment for dowry started after six months of the marriage by her father in

law , brother in law, sister in law n husband for dowry. Father in law is

strongly dominating, keeps everything under his control, even gold of daughter

in laws, documents, etc. my sister is taunted for not having issue by everybody.

 

on very minor issues she was beated by husband.

 

in feb 2009, one week prior to holi festival, she was beaten by husband like

anything, even husband attempted to kill by kitchen knife.

 

as we came to know abt the incidence, we registered complaint at local police

stn and mumbai DGP of police. my sister was at our place for appx 2 months, the

issue got settled on 26th may 2009 at local police stn, she went back to in-laws

on 28th may 2009.

 

after 6-8 dys new type of harrasment techniques were developed, she was shifted

to small store room, where due to dampness, walls are affected with electric

current, ceiling is at lower ht. , one may get injured from fan if gets up

suddently.

 

when we came to know abt all these, on 28th june 2009, i asked my sis to come to

our place, for the medicine cause. now my sister is at our place. we are not

able to decide what to do.

 

We consulted an astrologer in Ulhasnagar, he has advised us for the stay of my

sister at our place for 3 months. and asked us to allow her to go to inlaws

after 15th oct 2009.

 

We are not able to decide?

 

If we apply for dowry case, whether my sister will win? or get any compensation?

 

Whether this marriage will survive and she will have peaceful married life ?
