Guest guest Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 u must KNOW Harry ji is a very valuable member of this and other groups and has played many important roles in different crisis time, a frank, honest one in his views has critised me several times openly [constructively only] he has said I have been too lenient to the erring members and may be detrimental to the group in public, private so will TAKE SUCH ADVICES SERIOUSLY, from now on. NOW A GROUP IS MEANT TO SHARE DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES, ANGLES OF A CHART READING THE SUBJECT IS TOO VAST, WIDESPREAD AND EACH MEMBER CAN ADD, ENHANCE A TOPIC with diversity, groups r meant to share NOT MONOPOLISE evryone here do free readings so it not a market space for anyone to gain or loose. the questions posing member who goet more ones can be seen as probably with better karma to get help than some who post several times and hardly get a reply. as most astrologers cud be pre-occupied for some reason or other. look at any group for a month span u can see it. where is it said a moderator must not read charts did Ashutosh ji not read during his tenure and ur own moderators don;t read them it must not limit them, it must add more responsiblity in the work they do also we poste behind one another in time as u can see the time stamps if u want to both were possibly working at same time on it one can come ahead of other, and as said as many views in a group will help than members free hopp to too many groups, if a spouse is satisfied by the married partner why will it go elsewhere? also remember i never read a reading of others to make my views, as said it is info sharing so must read one anothers, may be with time permiting will do and I expect each member to readone anothers views we all have a lot to sahre, learn. above all don't try to create differences in ppl with such divisive posts. if u cud u can reply to the query alone. else stay quiet ________________________________ Bhaskar <rajiventerprises Sunday, July 26, 2009 11:52:35 PM Re: Fw: Job security 26/7 As a moderator are you here to safeguard the interests of the astrologers working here , or to jeopardie them ?
