As per Ashta Varga, the present position is very weak with makara having only 3 points. More over in such position the marriage happens approx at the age of 24-25. You have saturn in the 8th of Moon & Rahu in the 8th of Venus and mars aspecting the 8th of Lagna. Due to these positions, It is better to check the compatability before fixing the marriage. More over Jupiter also is 5th lord. 5th lord in the 7th or 7th lord in the 5th is said to give some marrital issues. This is all the more reason why you should be carefull in choosing your life partner. To add to the issue, your own lagna lord -mars is retrograde in the 5th - the house of intelligence.
