Your cousin has Dhanu Lagna (ubhaya Rasi) with Kumbha as chandra Lagna (Sthira

sign).

 

Mars is in the 7th of Lagna.

 

He is going though

 

Mercury - saturn In vimsottari

Tula-Venus - Karkata-Moon as per Kalachakra

 

Saturn in placed in the 6th of Maha dasa lord Mercury and is with KETU.

 

Venus is debilated in the 8th of moon & 10th or Lagna and is with Gulika. The

Neecha Bhanga Raja yoga done by mercury in the kendra moon is responcible to

elevate him to higher positions along with other factors.

 

However the same Venus is also responcible for his trouble. Karkata sign is

afflicted by rahu.

 

so it would be better if you can propitiate Rahu-Ketu and also Venus.

 

Venus is his yoga karaka from chandra lagna in the house of Mercury. Vaishnodevi

is the deity - being birth in srinagar, it is not very hard to understand this.
