Guest guest
Dear Bhagavathi, well rahu in lagna or for that matter any malefic in lagna will reduce the physical appeal or the person and 2nd on the face, teeth, eyes, speech etc. is the normal interpretations we r used to from the classics and leaving the home land esp over the sea was considered a sin as one could not bathe and do TRIKALA SANDHYA, if this can be done it is fine but how many r doing it even once a learned brahmin is supposed to do a trikala sandhya and those days pouplation was less, brahmins lived close to rivers, lakes or had good wells or brooks at home or in the farms. -ALL FRESH WATER BOIES and its neighbourhood were propserous habitats, commercial centers. TODAY all the knowledgable people r living over seas as there r less opportunities for the genuinely learned and interestd ones so they flock over seas it is not of choice, but NO other way, today no one wants a brahmin be it a vedic or a subject strong person in any sphere ppl want some1 who can delifer or fix a result at a price tag. with no fear of sin so all religious heads [from all religions r not wanted anymore] Hindus rarely visit themples or piligriom spots thse generations, so r christians with europe having church attendence at less than 2% and USA less than 1% only poor countires like africa, s, america and asia do flock the chirches as it is new to them. once they prosper they too will forget the god, just money....! so if it is foreign it is ok prashant Prashant I use B V Raman's Ayanamsa only so Dasa, Vargas, Dates will differ from non Raman's. Pl provide important dates in ur life while posting to verify ur birth data and to help Lagna verification provide a picture in the Pictures folder in the group either in the Lagna/rasi one or unknown folder. Consultations outside the group or to my personal ID are chargeable. see Database section in the group for more.- G B Prashant Kumar Life Member ICAS. /database?method=reportRows & tbl=6 ________________________________ bhagavathi_hariharan <bhagavathi_hariharan Saturday, August 22, 2009 5:03:53 AM Re: Michael Laughrin's North American Jyotish Newsletter August / September 2009 Shenoyji, //One of the way to confirm this would to analyse those born in own country / village / district and have rahu in Lagna.// Rahu in lagna is affliction to lagna. In the cases of foreign births, I found the presence of Rahu in lagna in most of them. Foreign travel itself is considered as a sin, although we fancy this now. So I assume that if the native is born in a foreign land and with Rahu in lagna, he will not experience the malefic influences of Rahu to self as much as the person who is born in his own place with Rahu in lagna. Indeed second generation immigrants are better off than their parents in the US. What I felt is Rahu in 2nd can cause something related to face, why rahu in lagna would give a plastic surgey on the face , it should give on the head. Anyways, I found that Rahu in lagna can give a person foreign birth. Foreign means birth in a place not native to both parents. I came across this in many charts of kids of Indian origin born in the US. > > > > Regards, > > bhagavathi > > >
