Lagna is having Rahu + Gulika, with Rahu aspecting the 5th Saturn aspecting the 5th Sun aspecting the 5th Mars aspecting the 5th Mercury aspecting the 5th. with 5th lord in the 12th from its own house & retrograde. Saturn in the 5th of Jupiter (Santhana Karka) Sun in the 8th of Jupiter Mars in the 8th of Jupiter with 8th lord in the 8th. From chandra lagna 5th lord Saturn in the 9th with 8th navamsa Saturn also aspects Venus (chandra lagna lord). Moon in the Hora of Sun & Sun in the hora of Moon. With the above combinations, I am sure she will require medical assistance to beget children. Either try Homeopathy or Ayurveda. I would also advice to conduct Mrithyunja Havana Maha Sudarshana Havana with Narashimha Mantra. This should be done atleast 3000 times Rahu pooja. If this is done there is a chance that she can have child in 2011 - 2012. However she will have to take great care of her health.
