First let me understand also your querry through prshan which clarifies the following: Lagna raising is of Kumbha with revati nakshtra 1st quarter .Mercury is the lord of revati.From lagna 5th and 8th related to gemini and virgo respectively. Virgo being 8th and its' lord is in ealatation with saturn,the health issue could be inferred.Since,saturn is also present as lord 0f 12th and lagna,the cure necessarily has to be through meedical intervention advice. 2.Presence of saturn in 8th in Ayusthan indicates and odd sign of lagna raising his longevity is fairly good.But the problem isaspect of mars in arudra nakshtra.So needful surgery aspect is also involved. 3.7th from lagna is that of sun an odd sign but own house with no malefic aspect of planet.Sun as natural atmakarak also contributes to the longivity and being 4th from moon sun,your father circulatort disorders could be one problem for his continued indisposition. 4.Moon in 4th in taurus, a sign in whcih exaltation occurs for moon.being own nakshtra of rohini of moon,his present stage of pain is curable. 5.Finally retrograde jupiter aspect on moon only helps relief from pain.In navmsa mercury in lagna aspected by jupiter saturn in own sign are all good and hopethings for your father to come out from the present stage.By 5th oct 2009 the problem of pain and will be over.But consult Doctor as surgery may be needed.Prayers to Sun and navagraha stotra improves his condition better way.The prshan kundaly is really giving a very positive view of improvement of your father's health condition.
