Guest guest
Dear Friends, Our Vedic astrology has assigned zodiac lords for each Rashi. These zodiac lords which are planets are the sources of energy but needs to have destination. The destinations have not been clearly discussed any where in astrology classics but only have been realized so far. I like to share my thoughts and like to know your comments or opinions. In the table below, for example consider Aries, we where taught that the planet Mars is zodiac lord; which is the source of qualities that Aries possess but it's culmination is in Sun's energy. Just look at the qualities in Aries, Mars - Determination which leads to fulfillment of Ambination or Sun's energy. Aries - Mars / Sun (Determination + Ambition) Taurus - Venus / Mars (Attraction + Determination) Gemini - Mercury / Jupiter (Explore + Expansion) Cancer - Moon / Saturn (Feelings + Limitation) Leo - Sun / Jupiter (Ambition + Expansion) Virgo - Mercury / Mars (Explore + Determination) Libra - Venus / Moon (Attraction + Feelings) Scorpio - Mars / Saturn (Determination + Limitation) Sagittarius - Jupiter/ Venus (Expansion + Attraction) Capricorn - Saturn/ Pluto (Limitation + Transformation Aquarius - Saturn/ Uranus (Limitation + Relaization) Pisces - Jupiter/ Neptune (Expansion + Imagination) In the subject line I have indicated " ..and more.... " , I think my above understanding or explaination of zodiac signs should provide explaination of many more realized phenomenon(s). Best Regards, Rakesh
Guest guest
Dear Friends, It just occurred to me, to understand the inner dynamics of nakshatra, may be it's divine grace on me not sure though? I like to share my thoughts and request your opinions. In my earlier email I put my opinions of planetary forces in the Rashi; the planetary forces in the nakshtra are just would be the opposite. Say we consider Dhanishta nakshatra which is ruled by Mars right. In the above Rashi table I discussed consider the rashis, Taurus and Virgo. Taurus - Venus / Mars (Attraction + Determination) Virgo - Mercury / Mars (Explore + Determination) Here the Mars is the final destination and while Venus and Mercury are beginnings or sources of energy. Since I stated earlier the Nakshatra energies are opposite in direction of the rashi; Dhanishta nakshtra ruled by Mars would be the beginning or source of energy and it's final destination would be both Venus and Mercury energies. Here is the copy paste of information I got on Dhanishta; Dhanishta (The Drummer) Nakshatra Lord : Mars: Symbol : a musical drum Deity : the Vasus (8 deities associated with wealth and beneficial qualities) Nature : Courageous, strong, issue with anger, curious mind, research oriented, athletic, hard working, philosophical nature and irrational at time. Rulership : men without pride, eunuchs, fast friends, men who are hated by women, charitable persons, the very wealthy, peaceful (self controlled) persons. If you observe closely, Dhanishta flows it's Martian energy for Mercurial activities like exploration, curious mind and also Venusian purposes like peace, charity etc. So the analogy can be applied to other nakshatras also. My thoughts on Rahu and Ketu; Rahu and Ketu in the horoscope represent destination energies not sources of energies. But still Rahu and Ketu leaves it's own signature on the destination energies bringing the realizations in reality i.e. Rahu reveals the derivative (rate of change) and while Ketu reveals the integral (area of change) (Calculus) of the destination energies. Say Rahu is in Taurus sign lord so it represents the Martian derivative destination energy which came from the source of venusian energy. I think Astrology a divine science based on our realizations of the nature phenomenon shouldn't be looked as a nut shell with what has been realized by few blessed who gave us long back, but with an open end to find new truths and simple explainations to complex phenomenon. With Best Regards ...
