In your Case is it the transit effect of Rahu in Makara and Ketu in Kataka that distrubs peace as a result of Kal Sarpa Yoga.Your chart with Rahu in Yhula and ketu in 3rd with jupiter has no worry of Kla Sarpa yoga.These nodes somewhere in 12 signs have to be there effecting 6 houses on either side of tthe chart.
