Krithika Ji,

Prasad to be offered is only after pooja. It depends what kind of Na varatri Pooja we intend to celeberate.if you are doing lilitha Parayan ,Chandi Path, and keeping fast the prashad can be fruits along with cocconut. One can also have maha naivedyam if no fast is observed

Since Navartra was started on saturday, the prasha in the morning can be nuts too.Change made based on the day like sunday with wheta flour, monday with payasam tuesday boilled legumes wednes day moong ,Chana on thurs day. fryday fruits and satur day pongal etc.It all depends on how we are guided by our traditions.

It is prayers which are most important as mata rani blessings will be there with Arati early morning pooja and with fruits as prashad.
