Guest guest Posted September 28, 2009 Report Share Posted September 28, 2009 Dear Members, We as part of JR family wish one and all a very happy, joyous, , tension, terror, swine flue free Dasara. time to celebrate the great virtues of our culture and re-visit and re inculcate the same within us, more a inoculation to beat out bad times away. as life has a good mix of both good and bad else we will loose the taste of life. Ill-health shows us the value of good health hence the ocassional medication, but a daily dose of yoga, pranayama can keep us further away from meedication for many common issues at least.
