One can go overseas if sub lord of XI th is placed in the star of the significator of III, IX and XII houses. Once answer to your question is Yes You /we need to see, how much part of life is promised in foreign place for you? 2. We study Cuspal sub lord of XII. Sub-lord of the 12th cusp should be a significator of 3 or 9.AND also the sub-lord of the 9th cusp should be a significator of 3 or 12. 3. Time of your journey will be shown by conjoined period of the significator of houses 3, 9 & 12. It may happen there are many planets among significator then we use Ruling planets or one can drop those significator which are not placed in the sub of significator of 3 , 9 & 12. 4. Now we will need to see if you will be successful in foreign land. 12th house shows failure and loss in the place of residence or fortune and success in another foreign place. It depends on the lord of the Star in which the planet in 12 is placed. Ques is: Until how long would I stay overseas i.e. Would ( & by when) I get the job in Qatar that I am trying for or Do I have to move back to India in July/August 2008as I am loosing my current job in Dubai.
