As per your chart

 

for the present 3-4 months

 

there might be minor problems like

 

location of suitable site,

 

servants etc.

 

Once the preparation / assessment work

 

is over by 3-4 months....

 

thereafter you can expect good returns.

 

So for intial 3-4 months go moderate

 

and down to earth as

both would be very weak in transit during this period.

 

Try to be diplomatic and clear cut
