what are the effects of venus(1st Lord and 8th lord) and Mars(7th and 2nd lord) in 12th House(Virgo)

Please give the effects of Venus and Mars being in 12th house for Libra

ascendants.

Also Venus is debiliated.

Dear RafalJi,

 

Thank you very much for your valuable answers. As you said i did face some

financial problems from 2008, now it is quiet OK. Will this continue till Me-Ra

Dasa ends?

Actually i got a new job in this period which also increased my salary.

Again salary apraisal and Promotion has been initiated in Sep 2009.

Will this be fructified and when?.
