Its dispositor is also debilated (moon). It is also with Jupiter & ketu. Venus is your lagna lord. To some extent the problems seems to be from your own mistakes or mis-managent. Hence, properly evaluate your own discisions before initiating any actions. You have a strong sun in the 4th House. Hence prayers to Lord Shiva, recitaion of shiva sahasranama or if you can or know Shri Rudra should be recited every day. Similary prayers to Durga in the form of Annapoorneshwari or Krishna Chamundi. Should be done. In this case, In southern states there is pooja named Guruthi Pushapanjali (simplest) or Guruthi pooja - elaborate should be done. I don't know what are the customes at your place. However, the palnetary positions show similar rituals. This is actualy a tantri ritual to appease the goddess and her bhoota ganas. You should have better period from dec-2009 gradually.
