Thus you have to struggle for resources. You will successfully continue your education till July 2012 along with your professin. And after July 2013 your worries for the resources would be over. Rahu-Saturn period running right now. Saturn in sign of Mars. As Mars is yogakaraka for you praying to Lord Hanuman will surely be beneficial for you to overcome your present problems. Mercury close to 8th cusp indicates break in education and job in IT sector and the consequent problems as Mercury is having strong 4th house Argala on Rahu.
