Regarding Illegitimate child[Varah Mihir:Sloka No.6 of chapter 5]

Respected Senior Members of forum,Please comment upon sloka 6 of chapter 5

regarding Birth of a child that Jupiter must aspect either Lagna or Moon in

birth chart of a new born baby other wise baby is illegitimate baby. For example

of Legitimate Baby:DOB 20.04.1959,TOB 08:15AM,Longitude:82E44,Latitude

26N48-Jupiter is posited in 7th house and aspects Lagna.Is this a matter of

great significance with regard to prediction also or Was this a nonsense thought

of great sage Varah Mihir only ?

Dear Dhirender Ji and Members.

Some body could be 'illegitamte " as the relationships between a man and woman

was not sanctioned/apparoved by parents  or for that matter society around.we

have sevaral instances around even in  our puranas.if we consider karna.or in

our planetary system biryh of saturn etc.

I have not come across to comment on great sages and their effort as

nonsense.Infact my teacher in ICAS in Delhi Shri S.N.Kappor.Retd Judge High

Court and Shri A.b.Shukla ,DNICS,always upheld the anything about jupiter

including a native getting blessed with dasa of jeeva.This is the highest

pedestal which Brihaspati was accorded.

In the real life including my own as lord of ascendant how benificial Jupiter

is.Also there are sevral instances how jupiter causes mrityu or mrityutulya

ganda if badly posited aspected by malefics or nakshtra lords happened to be

enmical.

Even we have great mythologicl story of the place Kalhasti where a tribal offerd

his own eye as naivedyam to lord shiva.Might be present janma could be out of

unwedded relationships and as a destitute.it is none of his sin.Now his past

janma and the future he holds are very important by virtue of lagna,pancham.and

navam.This perspective we hold and judge the strength of houses as well as

bahvas.

Saptama bhava brihaspati certainly for issues like labha,lagna and bhatru bhava

should atleast be benificial to the native.how much good the native gets out of

this depends on his own dharma.artha,kama anad moksha bhavas.

His 9th being his preceptor,how ever illegitimate he is having father and

mother.Might be they may not own him.

The chart promises many good features.However his growth and parental

care/blessings matter for the native to fulfil his purpose.we can not ignore the

addage;

Matru Devo bhava

Pitru Devobhava

Guru Devobhava.

Blessings of Guru are most esssential.The child deserves and he will have it.
