I'm working with the same company for past 5 years. There was not considerable salary hike or promotion for the last 2 years because of recession period. I'm planning to shift to another company for better salary. Please provide me guidance 1. Should i look for a new job in another company or stay with same employer? 2. Which would be better in terms of salary and career prospects? 3. If so then when will i get a new job?
