Job change

I have a question regarding my job change.

I joined in an IT MNC after finishing my college degree. I'm working with the

same company for past 5 years. There was not considerable salary hike or

promotion for the last 2 years because of recession period. I'm planning to

shift to another company for better salary.

Please provide me guidance

1. Should i look for a new job in another company or stay with same employer?

2. Which would be better in terms of salary and career prospects?

3. If so then when will i get a new job?

Thanks

Dear friend,

Please remain with present employer.

Time may be favourable after 2-3 months.
