The 10th lord in navasa mercury joins with saturn in 6th.In mool trikona saturn certainly gives opportunity for publi services. Most of the planets are posited in 10th from lagna are aspected by jupiter and rahu.this is again a neecha bahnga raja yoga giving him an opportunity for public services. Helping poor people in neighbourhood in earning their livlihood through any kin d of help. Sorry for telling the hard truth. Your husband should try for the post of teacher/lecturer in semi-govt/ govt colleges/ institutions. Venus exchanging house with sun may also give opportunities in private educational institutions.
